My Mitsubishi L200 imported as a grey import when I bought it new over 4 years ago did not have a warranty honoured by Mitsubishi UK.
Fortunately for me I've not needed it and unfortunately for Mitsubishi UK dealers they've missed out because I didn't see any point in paying their prices for servicing
