anybody uses yamaha sr400 for longer journeys?
 
I just seen one at the local dealer and I liked it a lot.
I think simplicity for a long trip is a very good feature of this bike,
I wish it had bigger fuel tank though.

I'm sure people have done lengthy trips on its predecessor, the SR500.

I just did a Google for "SR500 road trip" and hit this 2011 thread in another forum:

You asked what people thought about long-distance touring in the SR400 and someone replies saying people did on a very similar machine -the SR500, so the SR400 could be as good as choice as any, and provided you with a load of helpful links, seems the point to me?
