anybody travelled on Kawasaki Versys?
 

I mean on 650 or 1000 ? Recently tested both and liked them a lot.
They're meant mostly for road travel but sometimes that's OK.

I just bought a used 650 Versys for Euro touring and will lay up the KTM I bought for my central Asia trip for a year or two longer. 99% of the mileage you'll do will be on road, and even for the occasional unmade road, with 80/20 tyres on you'll be OK. It's not a bike anyone will fall in love with, I think. But they are good solid reliable workhorses with great tank range.
