I am travelling to india later this year via iran/pakistan and back the same way as i want to do the Karakoram highway during the trip back When i am in india can i get my return visa to go through Pakistan again and iran any help info ,experience will help

You can get a multiple entry visa for Pakistan. Don't know about Iran as we planned a circular trip to India and back so Pakistan was the only one that required multiple.
The Iran visa we got in Almaty after we got the letter of invitation in the UK.
They are quite tight with their visas. We had to get special permission from the Consul in Almaty to get the visa with a validity of 3 months. The duration of stay was only for 14 days though.

I assume you know you will have to go up and down the KKH:mchappy: virtually all the way from Islamabad, which is where it starts.
