Stuck in Loas Suzuki GN125 need piston and rings

Hi all i'm in the stuck in Luang Probang with my Vietnam Suzuki gn 125, The ring and piston need changing and they cannot source from here. If anyone can help with information. I'm trying to source parts from thailand. The paperwork says it is a 1999 but not sure have the engine number which i am trying to use for part numbers. Then get hold of some people from Chang Mai to get them over.
Any information would be much appreciated
Enjoy your ride

What´s its frame number? Probably not so many different pistons on a GN125, but its better to be sure, as that model has been in production for quite a while.

Contacting people in CNX might be a good idea. Some 3-4 years ago they said in Pattaya, that Suzuki OEM parts are usually ordered from Singapore or Japan. But these parts I would think you might find in Bangkok, too.

Blair, nick across the border to China. Just about every generic Chinese 125 uses a GS/GN 125 clone motor. Buying replacement parts should be simple as.

I found a china site that sells them but you have to buy 10. the engine number is F401-VN102014. Paperwork says '99 but i think it's closer to '90.

If there is anyone in Bangkok that knows suzuki phone number there would be handy. I'm coming up with little on thai yellow pages for chang mai only map reference for that shop (which would be best as have a contact there)
