Hi

I am currently on my way from Uk to Oz shorly about to travel Southern India.

I am looking at slightly diverting my trip and now taking in Sri Lanka over to Indonesia and then Oz. Having looked around on the web extensively I am looking for specific information on the following routes
1. Southern India to Sri lanka
2. Sri Lanka to Indonesia prefebably the Northern Island ie Medan
3. Southern Indonesia to either Broome or Port Hedland

So far I can find loads on getting to Darwin and found a post on a ferry service possibly operating between India and Sri Lanka but nothing concrete.

Has anyone got some first hand information on the above routes.
