road conditions Altai - Tosontsengel
 

Hi from Spain.
Next July 2024 we'll do Barcelona - Ulaanbaatar and we cross Mongolia from Ulgii to Ulaanbaatar through middle route (Altai - Uliastai - Tosontsengel).
A friend of mine who has recently been to the capital told me they will pave Altai - Uliastai in 2023.
When we were there in 2019, the last 100 km from Uliastai to Tosontsengel were already paved as well.
Can someone give me recent information?
We would also like to take assistance car from Ulgii to Ulaanbaatar, can anyone recommend any company for this?
