Pakistan duty fee
 

Hi from Pakistan.
I had a problem with the engine of my bike and had to order spares from Europe. The shipping company (DHL) had to pay to customs almost 80% of the value of the spares, that I now have to pay to them to get my spares. The box is small and the weight less than 2 kgs. Is this the usual duty fee for a motorcycle spares???

Can't speak to Packistan import fees but many countries relay on high import fees as a major source of income. Chile is 70%, Peru is 100%, the rest of South America is similar.
So to sort of answer your question, yes these type of fees are normal in many countries.
