Me and Jo just picked up Iranian visa in Istanbul and will be heading there on a few weeks after Turkey. Your info is very useful and your trip a little guiding light as so many seemed to wobble about going to Iran.

Your experiences seem to be positive, it makes us look forward to it even more. We're not on bikes, but in a 4x4.
