Motorcycle-friendly ferries in Philippines?

I've got a flight booked to Manila and a Honda reserved in the city. My plan is to ride southeast on Luzan, cross to Samar, and ferry back from Samar to Manila or someplace on Luzan. In short, I'd like to keep riding clockwise for the ~2 weeks I have, ideally without having to retrace my tracks to get back and return the bike.
Does anyone know of ferries/ferry companies which will also carry my motorcycle between these places?
Thanks!

Probably 90% of the ferry's in the Philippines are RO RO vessels , you should have no problem getting your bike on a ferry from just about anywhere. Except from Samar,, i don't think there is anything direct to Manila from there, you will probably have to go to Leyte.. for something direct to Manila.bier

Adam:

Where did you rent your Honda from? I'm interested in going to the Philippines for a month or so of riding, and would appreciate any recommendations you have for bike rental.

I'm in the Philippines now, rented a bike from a company in Angeles ( nice-bike.com ). 600 pesos ($13.50) per day for a Honda XR200, 125 scooters available for 300 pesos, and bigger bikes too. Many rental places past the girlie bars on Fields Ave. Bike is a bit cramped two-up, and the seat is a killer, probably the scooter would have been a better option. Haven't been much over 60kph anywhere in the country, so anything over 100cc should be fine. Note that bikes under 400cc are not allowed on the new expressway. The old road from Angeles to Manila is horrible, appalling traffic, took us five hours. Once you're about 50km south of Manila, things get a lot better though, and you can hold 60kph most of the time.

We went south of Luzon to Mindoro island, doing a loop round. Ferry was 750 pesos for the bike/driver + 192 for a passenger. Roads are all sealed, pleasent enough drive, people friendly, but a bit provincial and dull. We didn't like Puerto Galera area. Ferry to Panay is 1300, I think, for the bike + driver. We decided rather to head back to Angeles and try the North.
