hi, everyone
it seems impossible to get a tourist visa in Iraq embassy in France .
i was told that is possible to get one directly at the border from Iran , anyone can confirm that ?

Yes, you can get an Iraq tourist visa at the border with Iran. I did that myself in January this year at the Shalamcha border crossing. US$75, issued on the spot. Travellers have also got the visa at the Jordanian border, and I believe the Kuwait border.

For information, you will not get an Iraq visa at the Turkish border, and Iraqi embassies/consulates do not issue tourist visas to individuals.

Yes, but there is a catch.
When entering into Iraq Kurdistan, you can only get a visa that is valid in the Kurdistan part of Iraq and you will not be able to go south (not sure how it is the other way around). I have heard of people that had to fly from Erbil to Bagdad to get the Iraq visa.

I personally met 2 Belgian guys at the border between Turkey and Iraq that also was told the same but got stuck because of this.

It should be fine traveling from the south of Iran, to the South of Iraq and than towards Saudi.
