As far as ı remember, Oren Golani is the person to contact and no passenger is allowed to the ship...But you can take the istanbul-hatay connection flight from telaviv for yourself..( 150-200 usd.)..shuttle bus services available to the city..(50 mın./15 tl..) If you take the istanbul adana flight,its 135 km.(2 hours) by private buses.(many everyday)

You are correct that you cannot sail with the vessel form Haifa to Iskenderun.
