There are lots of information on the internet, that Visa on arrival ist stopped and you need to get a eVisa before you come to Iraq as of 1th of march

do you know if it's possible with an iraqi e-visa to enter from Turkey ?

I am not sure about Kurdistan, but actually I am planning of getting Kurdistan and Iraq eVisea before, so I think this should work.
