Crossing Borders/Carnet in Southern Asia

Can anyone tell me whether its possible to cross the borders with a on a KLR 650 with a carnat from Vietnam to Laos to Burma to Bangladesh and India.

A little more information would be useful, is the bike Vietnamese registered for instance, if not you will struggle to get it into Vietnam in the first place.
