Chinese visas in Islamabad?
 

Hey guys,

We are a couple of New Zealanders looking to travel from Pakistan via China through to Kyrgyzstan. Anyone know if it is possible to get the Chinese visa in Islamabad? The other options seem to be Kathmandu or Delhi, but we'd rather avoid both of these if possible. Any thoughts?

Yes, you can get Chinese visa in Islamabad easily. I myself seen many foreigners getting. You'll need to pay visa fee according to nationality. Visa for Pakistani citizens are Gratis. Embassy has moved to a new location on main road just outside diplomatic compound. New visa section is big. Maybe 20 or so windows and nice ambience.
