"In another development, Thailand, Burma and India are expected to have talks about a road link this month in Rangoon. Thailand will consider giving Burma a soft loan for a road linking Mae Sot, Myawaddy, and Morley in India.

The route would link the eastern seaboard via Kanchanaburi to deep seaports in Burma and India."
