Newbie from Mid-Suffolk
Hi All
Just joined HU. I returned to biking 9 years ago after a gap of 21 years, with a CX500 Custom bitza and this year bought a "more modern" HD Sportster XL883L. Neither are considered to be adventure bikes but any ride however short gives me enjoyment. Is it just me or is the ride home always much longer than the ride to work? Hopefully, one of my son's will take his direct access test next year and we can do a few rides. |
Welcome back to biking, and to HU! :D
I always found the "road home" is shorter perception-wise, but if it's a nice day, it can be much, much longer... Currently and for many years now I work at home, so it's just downstairs to work, with a detour by the garage to see the bike and remind myself why I do what I do. :) See you at HUBB UK in June! Of course be sure to bring your son. |
