Hi, I am new here & I am planning a trip to the Europeans Alps....
 

I will be raising money for Alzheimers Research (Having spent the last 10 year nursing both my mother & father through this terrible illness.) In September & October of 2019 I am looking to ride my MultiStrada Enduro up as many unpaved roads, trails, bridleways or paths in the European Alps as possible (France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Germany.) My goal will be to climb to a total of over 200,000 feet.
Has anyone on here done anything similar, of have knowledge of where any suitable trails are located?
Is there anyone here who would be interested in joining me?

To find tracks you could go into Wikiloc. Check motor offroad but also car offroad categories.
And I think there are some books about old military roads.
