Horizons Unlimited - The HUBB - Hi from the Peak district UK!

Firstly can i say what a great and inspiring resource this site is. I could spend months lost in this site!

So just to introduce myself... I'm Nick, based in the peak district in the UK. I'm finally getting around to combining two of my favourite things: Adventurous travel and motorbikes.

I've had quite a few adventures in the past. Seen a lot of the world but not on two wheels. Backpacking, road trips, trekking and a lot of mountaineering trips and expeditions.There's nothing i like better than setting off on some new adventure. Its what makes me tick!

I grew up riding all kinds of bikes when i was a kid. MZ's. CZ's and BSA's across the local farmers fields. Then i passed my test and I graduated to riding RD350's, sports bikes then onto Harley Davidsons. All fabulous fun.

I've been making do with renting bikes on holiday for the last few years. Which iv'e decided just won't do. So i'm currently looking for a new bike and new adventures. I want to build my skills and experience back up. Do some smaller trips then hit the road for a big one when it feels right. Just about anywhere appeals, but especially Africa, the USA and South America.

I prefer to travel with people than alone so anyone like minded who might be interested in doing something in the future please get in touch!
