Hello from Calgary Canada
 

I just wanted to say hi and that I'm new to horizons unlimited. This spring I traded my Ninja ZX10R for a 2004 suzuki DL1000 V-Strom. I am intoxicated with the thoughts of traveling on my bike two up with my fiance. It's all I think about lol. I am not new to riding being that I have grown up with them and racing etc but I'm new to touring. I'm sure I will ask some dumb questions and I may even ask the same question as many others have in the past so bear with me please. I have been trying to find out people's opinions on what to wear in regards to gear. We both have great jackets and helmets but we have only been riding in jeans and shoes. So trying to find information on suggestions that won't break the bank. We have done some long day trips this summer but next year I want to do some much longer trips.
