Greetings from the US *and* India
 

Hi all, I was pointed here from a bike-specific forum where I'm a member. Although I grew up in the US up in New England (Currently living in NH) and have lived in several other areas of the US (deep South, Texas, Arkansas, upstate New York), I have also lived (4 years), and expect to live again, in India. I have to admit, I joined here for a shamelessly selfish reason, in that I am trying to find a source for good topo maps (or the equivalent) for India. I'll post the details in the appropriate forum.

I've been riding motorcycles since I was a kid, and currently ride a Yamaha Super Tenere. I do plan to take the Tenere with me when I head back to India, so any feedback from those who've done any adventure riding there is welcome, and I'll in turn be happy to answer whatever questions I can about the country.
