Hi all,

Advised to visit the website by the NAVO tours people and it seems this is the place for info.

I won't bore you at this point with my background/history so it's just a quick hello and a cyber handshake to fellow travellers.

My wife is returning to Australia in November and I intend to follow her overland as far as SE Asia. Will be looking at setting off from the UK Mar/Apr and other than working around wet seasons and visa deadlines etc I am trying to liberate myself from tight timelines. As most likely it will be a one off trip I intend to squeeze as much from it as I can.

As a novice on two wheels I will be erring on the side of caution and sitting on top of four.

I have my route more or less settled, it's just the cost of the Chinese bureaucratic conundrum to overcome.

Hope to connect with like minded people and share some experiences/knowledge and Chinese costs!
