Accident in Russia
 

Hi - does anyone know about the rules regarding breakdown in Russia - I've gleaned stuff about general accidents but not much if the car proves to be right off. What kind of paperwork should I expect if I can't drive my car out of the country and it needs to be scrapped? I don't want to end up with a bill for import duties etc!!
