Drop down menus float below the menu option

Hi,

Small problem using Safari 12.1.1 and Chrome 75.0.3770.142 on macOS 10.14.5. The drop down menus for 'New Posts' and 'Quick Links' are detached below the menu option lower down the page. I have attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

For a few weeks now I have the same problem, using Chrome on PC and Android.
