Hello Grant (and all the other ones who are supporting the forums),

All your effort is really appreciated and very usefull. I have been using this source quit often lately and to me there seems to be two forums missing;

one would be the AFRICA-forum, for those who also want to travel to outside the Sahara.

Second one to add would be a CAR-forum (automobile) for those who prefer to take four wheels in stead of two (I will start with four wheels on my first overland trip, mabye two in the future??).

Hi, and thanks for the feedback! Glad to hear you are getting useful info out of the Board.

We have taken your suggestion for more regional forums, and already started them.

RE the car forum, we are reluctant, as we are a motorcycle site, but we will keep it in mind.

Ok, we'll do it - BUT FIRST we need a moderator or two to run it - volunteers?

If you have an interest, and a very little bit of spare time, please let me know by simply responding to this posting.

A moderators "duties" are very simple:

1. read the FAQ to learn the tips and tricks - not that everyone shouldn't read it - hint hint...

2. try and answer questions, and help out best you can.

3. if an inappropriate post is made, move it to the appropriate forum or delete it.
