... to America (from Europe) ...

... I'm still on world tour (since 2014), now with the old Africa Twin, and want to cross to North America - it's difficult to go by ship from Russia (because of the pandemic and Ukraine), other countries are too expensive.

The only option is by air, and to buy a second-hand Africa Twin in the USA or Canada (it should/must be this one, if only because of my spare parts).
Which popular websites would be suitable for me ...?

If you ride to London James Cargo Services can ship to New York for around £1500
They shipped my bike twice now. First to NY in 2018 and Baku in 2020. They also shipped Itchy Boots Honda from UK to South America.
They way you keep the bike you know rather than an unknown quantity of a new bike.

You are not saying where you are shipping from. If from Europe check Air Canada their fly with the bike program usually runs from April through September.

It looks like world has gone crazy buying a bike and selling it at the end of the ride maybe not a bad option. Just beware that when you register bike in most states you pay sales tax and to my knowledge as the foreigner/non-resident you won't be able to register bike to your name in most states with exception of Arizona.

Hi
It’s not clear to me what your intentions are.
Do you want to fly your bike to North America then buy a second one or fly yourself and buy, leaving your old one behind?
If it’s the latter you’ve posted in the wrong section try North America.

This is not quite correct, but learning how things work in any given state does take a bit of research. For starters, see the long-running thread:
