If you got the money and the guts to risk such business: There are quite a lot classic tall ships for sale, which could fill the gap the Stahlratte has left. Unfortunately, I'm lacking the funds to jump in with a few millions but I´d happily apply as crew, concierge or chef, could bring in a German 1st engineer (ex Sea Cloud) and a skilled Italian skipper specialized in private multi-mast yacht transfer trips in the Meds. Funnily I've discussed/daydreamed such business a while ago with that Italian friend but our pockets aren't deep enough and his formerly most wealthy customer base is currently sanctioned in the EU.
