Shipping to Ecuador
 

Hello Folks! Trying to ship my bike from San Francisco, California to Quito Ecuador for a few months of exploring SA, and then a ride back up to the US. Wondering if anyone has done this and can suggest a shipping company, and if anyone has updated info on the need (or lack there of) for a Carnet de Passage in Ecuador. I've heard various reports...

Greg: You seem to have the same general questions that all of us have regarding shipping. From the HUBB website I have concluded that if you want to ship by air then you need to start calling air freight companies and get specific information and charges. Please send a private message to NWDave when you get some more information. I would like to pick your brain. Thanks, Dave
