Shipping out of Bali.
Can anyone recommend a shipping agent, freight fowarders in Bali to freight a bike to Oz?
Any agents in Bali to avoid? Thank in advance. Sent from my SM-T330 using Tapatalk |
Try Limajari. You see their ads everywhere, for example in Bali Advertiser. Never shipped a bike with them but otherwise very professional. I would NOT work with agents. Everyone is an agent there but most have no clue ;-)

You can fly your bike to Perth from Bali or ship from Timor to Darwin, some interesting reading in the links below.

Ok people,
Just thought I'd let everyone know how things here are going. I will be shipping my bike from Bali back to Brisbane Australia with Limajari Cargo. But heres a heads up everyone, It will cost more to ship the bike dismantled ( tyres & handlebars removed) crated from Denpasar, Bali to Brisbane, Australia than the following expences combined: All fees, charges, taxes & duties resulting from shipping the same bike in a roll-on/roll/off crate from Townsville, Australia to Port Klang, Malaysia. + The total cost of the Carnet in Australia before I left + All 3rd party insurances in ALL the countries (ok it's only 7 but still) I've been to + One way air fare from Australia to Malaysia Total cost of shipping from Bali, Indonesia to Brisbane Australia $3335.00 AUD Sent from my SM-T330 using Tapatalk |
If you could ride the bike to Dili - East Timor and ship it over to Darwin it would be a whole lot cheaper. I paid approx 850 USD in Dili and approx 230 AUD in Darwin october 2015.
