We flew ourselfs from Panama City to Cartagena with AIRES Corporate Relocation Solutions | International Moving Services
for about 350 dollars (that's for 2 people).
We took the bus from Puerto Lindo to Colon to Panama City and that was about 10 dollars each.
We stayed at Casa Mara ( www.casamarahostal) in Cartagena. They have safe parking and it's cloose to the harbour where the boat with the bikes will arrive and cloose to the DIAN, the office where you have to deal with the bike paperwork. The captain of the boat that transports you and the bike should explain that all to you.
