Shipping an EU bike to French Guiana - Hassle Free??
 

Hi Folks,

I'm currently investigating all options for shipping or airfreighting my bike from the UK to ANYWHERE in South America and safe to say I'm getting bogged down in all the different possibilities!

One big problem is obviously the bureaucracy which seems can end up costing people a fortune. I may be caught up in a fit of optimism but wouldn't shipping an EU vehicle to French Guiana be very straightforward? Anyone know of anyone else who's tried it? The search function seems a bit fruitless.

Also I'd welcome any other suggestions from people who know which countries to avoid/recommend shipping to.

It might be easier if you ship it from France to French Guiana.
