Shipping bikes from Sydney - London. Clearance Advice please
 

Hi,
A friend and I are shipping our bikes to England to ride back to Australia over the year.
They are currently en-route.
To clear at London they need our carnets... Has anyone sent them to their shipping agent for them to clear? Or would you recommend flying over to clear in person and not stress about sending the Carnets?
