shipping bike and me from Mexico to Cuba and back?

I'm looking for a cheap way to shipping me and my bike from Mexico, Belize, Guetamala or Honduras to Cuba and back.

I seem to recall reading a book by Christopher Baker called "Mi Moto Fidel" where he shipped his bike on a private yacht going to Cuba. Although it doesn't list commercial companies who can arrange shipping, it might be a good start.

I spent two months in Cuba in 2004 (minus my motorbike) and can tell you that the bureacracy in getting anything done can be an absolute nightmare, so be warned!

I flew my bike into Havanna (04/2004) from Caracas;

big problems in Caracas but no problem in cuba, only that they made me buy a cuban numberplate.

I did not like cuba and left after ten days by sailboat to the Dom. Rep. (with the bike)
