Shipping a 4x4 from Colombia to Australia.
 

We're planning a trip around Australia next year and one of our options for a vehicle is to ship our current vehicle from home to Australia and back again after the trip. We'll get a Libreta de Aduana (Carnet) for the trip.

The vehicle is a Mitsubishi Montero 3.8 L 2016; we own the vehicle, and it's registered in Colombia. It should fit a standard 20 ft container.

We're looking for a quote to ship the vehicle from any port in Colombia to any port in Australia early in 2019 (January) and to ship it home again later in the same year (probably November).

So far all of the companies I have contacted have replied that they have no agent in Colombia and cannot help. We've tried one of the shippers listed on this site and am waiting for a reply.

Does anyone on the forum have experience of shipping from Colombia (or somewhere else in South America) to Australia (or the reverse)? If so so please advise a shipping company/agency we can contact. Thanks
