Question about the quote I was given for UK -> Argentina
I was quoted £1700 for AIR and £800 for SEA.
This makes SEA shipping very enticing especially since my dates are loose and the prices include crating and all export costs. However the HUBB recommends AIR due to it being cheaper overall after all import expenses. And the shipper also mentioned that local costs will be higher for SEA import. But £900? |
Wait until you get into the port at BSAS !!
You can add another 200 quid AT LEAST before you get your bike back. Shipping handler, customs fee, storage costs, unpacking few, etc etc etc ! |
hola,
the port of BsAs can end up very expensive and it will take a long time to get your bike out. As I have not shipped into BsAs recently (only in 01/2002 by air) I can not give you any prices or time frames, but I would recommend AIR cargo from what other people told me. Do what you think is best and share your information here. Mika from Salta |
