Ownership Transfer in Colombia
 

Hello, has anyone tried to transfer the ownership of a foreing plated vehicle to a foreign client in Colombia? If so, did you use an international poder to do it?

I'll give an example to be more precise. We bought a Canadian licensed car from in Chile with a poder and a bill of sale (the original papers are under the previous owner's name). We would like to do the same process with a new also foreigner buyer in Colombia. Is this possible?
