Moving Bike LA-Europe
 

Hi all, has anyone any updated information on moving a bike from the LA region to Europe without having it crated?.....Im not in any hurry to do this so time is of little consequence I just don't want the hassle of crating it and rebuilding it at the other end. I found a company in Heidelberg Germany but their 2 scheduled shipments do not suit and indeed its not certain if their January one will take place, however they do not require the bike to be crated. :palm:

i'm in contact with in-time (in-time but website is german) for my trip through latin america (have yet to start it though :D)

i'll be driving from chile to california - point is: i was asking about how the shipping back to EU could look like. they told me that they'd suggest shipping it in a consolidated container (if this is the correct word in english) from LA to hamburg, so no crate required.
