Israel to Vancouver (Cheap and Slow)
Well made it to the end of the road for this trip and I'm looking to ship a bike from Israel to Vancouver as cheap as possible. Transit time is not a factor. Any contacts, quotes or suggestions are much appreciated.
Thanks, Chris |

I have no personal experience with seafreight ex-IS, but I have found this agent very responsive to inquiries by email, skype, or tel: Adi Sagi, Commercial Dept Airgate (Israel) Ltd Lod, 7 Hamelacha Street, 71250 Lod Tel: (Head Office) +972 (0)8 921 9119 Adi direct tel: +972 (0)3 973 1001 Adi Mobile: +972 (0)54 232 3864 Fax: (Head Office) +972 (0)8 921 9333 Fax: (Airport Office) +972 (0)3 973 1003 email: adi@airgate.co.il, or info@airgate.co.il Website: www.airgate.co.il Note that this agency is based at TLV airport and is primarily airfreight , but any "good" freight agent should be able to help you. Here is a website link to "all" international sea/airfreight agents in Israel: A-Z Airfreight Directory - Cargo Agents/Freight Forwarders - Israel You may want to start with any agent that has an office at seaports of Ashdod and/ or Haifa. Also note that "cheapest/ slowest" may not--necessarily--be seafreight all the way from Haifa to Vancouver. It's possible that cheapest may be seafreight westbound thru Med/Atlantic to eastcoast Canada, e.g. Halifax NS, followed by overland trucking to Vancouver. It may also be "cheaper/slower" to seafreight from Haifa eastbound thru, e.g., China, onward to westcoast Vancouver. good luck--let HUBB know what you find. |
