Short answer: No (on the basis that a ferry is a ship which takes passengers).

There was until covid a Grimaldi RORO freighter which had a passenger service, and operated between Salerno in Italy and Ashdod in Israel. Grimaldi have suspended all passenger services until at least Spring 2022 (I contacted them last week).

Other options:

Iraq and Jordan - problem is that you (depending on nationality) can only get an Iraqi visa on arrival at Baghdad International Airport, plus security is not great in certain parts of the country.

Lebanon and Syria - there is a ferry from Tasucu in Turkey to Tripoli in Lebanon which is still running - problem is that since June, Syria has closed its borders to foreigners due to covid. Lebanon is also in a pretty bad way right now with major fuel, electricity shortages and general unrest.

The only sure route seems to be the Rosenfeld / Salamis RORO line from Lavrio to Haifa, but you cannot travel on the ship and will need to fly separately.
