Import Duty
 

My friend and I are planning to ship our bikes to UAE and meet them there to ride back to UK. What I want to know is will I get charged import duty on any cloths and equipment that I pack into the panniers for my ride home. I have a Carnet for the bike but dont want to end up paying money for my clothes and riding equipment in Dubai.
