Grimaldi RORO South America-Europe Questions
 

We will be shipping our motorcycles and ourselves via Grimaldi freighter. At this time it is likely we will NOT be using an agent but will be booking directly with Grimaldi-Italy for the passage (persons and motorcycles).

We will be traveling from Montevideo, Uruguay to Antwerp, Belgium.

Has anyone done this trip without an agent? If so, did you need to hire or use any assistance for customs outside of what Grimaldi provides (canceling temporary vehicle import papers, getting into the port and to the ship, etc).

Any words of wisdom on this process would be greatly appreciated.
