Bangkok to North America/Canada
 

I've had a quick look through the other threads but can't see anything on this Shipping route. We are hoping to ship from Bangkok to as north as we can in the US or Canada so we can pick up the pan american highway. Has anyone had any experience of shipping out of BK and if so any shipping agents to recommend?
