ATA Carnet
Were I can find a list of countries were ATA Carnet is necessary?
Is any body knows the transit true a China? |
There is an unofficial list on Wikipedia.
Taking a bike into China is practically impossible, but do search the HUBB for China and you will find all sorts of opinions and stories. |

Obviously I wasn't writing about the same thing. What is an ATA carnet?
The only carnet you need to temporarily import a vehicle into a country is the Carnet de Passages en Douanes, overseen by the AIT in Switzerland and administered by local automobile clubs. See link on the left and on Wikipedia. In coutries where the CdP is REQUIRED you can't use another document. |
