Which Air Canada destination cities have the least fees?
 
Looking to fly into and out of Europe this September. Not overly concerned about which cities I'm going in/out of, so long as they're on opposite sides of the continent.

I've heard that some places are much more expensive, for example you need to hire a broker in London.

Any ideas which cities are the cheapest?

Birmingham is one of the cheapest and really fun place in the UK. You can go there and see Highbury Hall, English Heritage, Peace Garden and more!

No idea where you heard this but it is not true, I flew my bike out of London and it could not have been easier and I did it myself from dealing with Air Canada to bringing the bike to Heathrow for dispatch.
I have flown a bike back into London in the past and no broker needed then either.
