6 people, 6 bikes :: Ferry from Italy, Greece or Turkey or...? to Egypt
 

Hi

We're a group of 6 riders who are planning to ride from Brussels to Cape Town in september 2015. Because travelling through Libia and the area of Israel/palestinia is not that safe nowadays we are looking to find a solution to take a ferry from Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, or whatever country to Egypt.

I found posts talking about Sisa Shipping, but their link is dead and read a lot of news that this frry line is suspended.

Anyone experience or knows about other ferry lines?

Take a look at Salamis Shipping. I took their ferry from israel to greece, but they also carry on to eqypt…so i'm told. But it was expensive

Israel isn't bad right now and going through jordan makes it a much safer deal. But it means you have to go through Sinai - which is pretty dangerous
