Worldwide Medical Insurance covering Motorcycle Touring

Hello!

I'm looking for insurance to cover a RTW trip (including North America).
Older threads mention a few insurers, mainly Navigator.

We are UK residents.

Keen to hear from anyone who has recently looked into this, at least this year.

Navigator is part of TIF Group who (google it) have a very poor reputation for paying claims. For UK riders Big Cat seems to tick the boxes, as long as you're planning to stay on tarmac (they don't cover off road). FYI, re TIF Group - I think they may have been suspended by the FCA so I imagine Navigator use someone else now. https://www.insurancetimes.co.uk/new...440004.article

Navigator is only offering up to 6 months and comes in more expensive than Big Cat and CSM.

We will be opting for CSM even if Big Cat is cheaper so that we are covered off-road, but we will get 2 policies - one for the months ex-US, then one for the period of time in the US.
