Hi All,

Looking at traveling through Indonesia for 8 months

From the research I have done so far, if I stay longer than 60 days in Indo then I need to extend the Visa at a government office for another 30days, and again every 30 days for a total of 6months. the extending process can take from 6-12 days

The easiest way around this is to hire a visa agent who will take your passport and extend each month

Just wanting to know if anyone has used a Visa agent (and can recommend) to extend their Visa's whilst traveling through Indonesia?

Or of a easier way to stay for 8months

I also need a Indonesian sponsor, I know its a long shot but if anyone knows anyone in Indo that might be interested. I can pay a fee.

if you have a 60 day visa from outside the country you need to leave the country for another one. VOA can be extended pretty much anywhere

There are two visa's that allow me to stay for 6 months without flying out of the country which would be handy.

Tourist visa and social and cultural visa. Both of which I need to organize before I arrive
