uk comprehensive insurance in Europe
 
:helpsmilie:I am taking a year out to travel N.Africa and Europe on my bike,
can anyone help? does my uk policy cover me for Europe for the year,
I keep getting different answers to my question every time I speak to insurance brokers, some say I cannot get insurance to ride round Europe for a Year,,,,, :rolleyes2::rolleyes2::rolleyes2:
One demented uninsured lady,,,, all I want to do is pack my bike and go,,
Please help

ebikeinsurance will insure you for 365 days any where in Europe so long as your home address is in the UK, and they are relatively cheap. Having unfortunately recently had occasion to make a claim I can also vouch for their efficiency in handling it. They don't cover North Africa though. I believe you can buy insurance for Morocco at the border, I'm sure others on here know about the other African countries you might want to go to.
