Uk biker - insurance for bike owned in Canada
 

Hi, I bought a Vulcan 900 in Nova Scotia last year as I was touring for 6 weeks. I have left the bike with friends. I ended up paying a fortune for bike insurance as they wouldn't accept my bike history and no claims from UK.
The renewal is coming up and I wondered if there is a company that deals in bike insurance abroad. My bike is kept in a secure garage. It won't be used until I go back over next year.

Where is the motorcycle plated (registered)?

Do you have an address in the location where the motorcycle is plated that you can use for insurance purposes?

Do you have a driver licence in the country in which the motorcycle is plated?
