Turkey - Iran - Pakistan - India Recomendations needed

Hello Everyone!

My current plan: Riding around the world on a crf250, currently planning the UK to Australian leg

My Timings: I'm expected to reach the Gurbulak (Turkey - Iran border) second week of august,

My Situation: I don't have a visa for any of theses countries yet, I will have the carnet de passage,

For Iran: (In Via Gurbulak Out via Taftan) I am awaiting a contact, as I understand it's needed to get the Visa, I am open for other recommendations (1) I have been told by the embassy that the land borders are open.

For Pakistan: (In Via Taftan Out via Wagah) I have called the Pakistan embassy in Paris and they have told me that I need to go via a tourism agency, I am looking for recommendations for that matter (2), I also know I need an escort from the border to Quetta, but I'm guessing it's organized by the tourism agency. I have been told by the embassy that the land borders are open.

For India: (In via Wagah), other than the usual, do I need anything specific for that border? (3)

Any idea of pricing for any of the above procedures, would also be greatly appreciated (4)

Recently, I've been thinking about getting a bike in Germany and riding to India this summer/fall so your questions are quite relevant to me.
As far as visas, what is your nationality? UK? French(y)? I have dual citizenship and have passports from the US and Italy.

From my preliminary readings, which I am confident has been less than yours to date,
Iran would be VERY difficult as an American, British or Canadian citizen as you would need a guide at all times. However, as an Italian (or EU citizen) you can get a visa on arrival, which I hoped to do.
Pakistan also has visas on arrival for UK, EU, and US citizens so I didn't think that would be a problem.
Turkey would be easy (no visa) for UK or French citizens. Visa on arrival for US.
I also have an OCI card for India (wife is originally from India) so I haven't thought about India entry requirements, only the crossing from Pakistan to India which I have not fully researched.

Sorry I am not much help but wanted follow replies you receive and see what you thought of my plan (ignorance?) to more or less worry about visas when I get to these countries.
GL

I would be using my French Passport as I am aware of their stands towards some passport holders,

In regards to visas for Iran and Pakistan, you can get them on arrival but only if you are arriving by air, not by land, for example for Iran you need to go to your country's embassy and give your fingerprints, you also need to get an invite from a contact within the country. For Turkey yes I believe you can get the visa at the land border,
